DIT Cellulite Remedies!

Short or tall, thin or not—cellulite is not selective when it comes to body type. Nine out of 10 women have some form of cellulite! The causes of cellulite are numerous and include genetics, poor diet, lack of exercise, dehydration, hormonal changes, thickness of skin and body fat.

1. Hydration

2. Diet

3. Coffee

Are you thinking I’m going to give you the green light on drinking coffee? Not exactly. While drinking coffee can deplete our tissues of fluid, applying coffee topically can actually help fight cellulite.   • ½ cup ground coffee
  • ¼ cup Epsom salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Combine all of the dry ingredients first and then fold in the olive oil. Store in a covered jar in the shower. A few times a week scrub in small circular motions on the areas you have cellulite.
