WEEK 1 // WELLBEING
The focus of Week 1 is relaxing, re-centring and rejuvenating your body after the holiday season.

- Detox Bath Ingredients (ingredients will be available at some chemists and most health food stores): Epsom Salts, Lavender Essential Oil (a blend is fine or another fruit / floral essential oil), Baking Soda.
- Green Tea (preferably organic) or even better our SMT Loose Leaf Blend which contains a large amount of green tea (all supermarkets and health food stores)
- Foods rich in Omega 3’s including fish, nuts (especially walnuts), seeds (especially flaxseeds) and soy milk (for a full list click here)
- Chia Seeds (available from most supermarkets & health food stores)
- Apple Cider Vinegar – Preferably organic and one that contains ‘the mother’ such asthis one (available from most supermarkets & health food stores)
